Refund policy

 LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL :

1/ The principle and modalities of the right of withdrawal :

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier you have appointed acquires physical possession of the products or, in the case of several products forming part of the same order but delivered separately, after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier you have appointed acquires physical possession of the last product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days by sending us the return form attached to your request (or available on the website byclicking here) together with the returned products. The return will only be considered validated upon receipt of the products, so it is strongly advised to keep a proof of shipment with a tracking number.

If you decide to withdraw validly in accordance with the above provisions, we will refund all payments made.

Notwithstanding the above, we may defer refunding you until we have received the returned goods or you have provided us with proof of their return, whichever is the earlier. You may either return the goods to us or physically bring them back to us as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired.

Any direct costs incurred as a result of the return of the products will be at your expense.

You shall only be liable for the depreciation in value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to ensure the nature, quality and functioning of the products.

2/ The exception to the right of withdrawal :

You will not have the right to withdraw from the Agreement if it relates to the delivery of personalised and/or customised items or hermetically sealed products (including underwear, swimwear and similar products) whose packaging has been opened after delivery for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Your right to cancel the Contract will only apply to products that are returned in the same condition as you received them. No refund will be given if the product has been used after being opened, if it is not in the same condition as when it was delivered or if it has been damaged. Please take good care of the product(s) in your possession. Please return the product(s) using or including the original packaging, instructions and any other documents that may have accompanied the product(s).
